One skein Cotton yarn. I use BIG TWIST COTTON or PEACHES & CRÈME.
A crochet 5.5mm hook.
A large darning needle for sewing in the ends.
A pair of scissors.
Bag Base
Make a magic ring.
1st rnd:
Work 6sc in the ring. Pull the ring closed. Join with a sl st in the 1st sc. 6sts.
2nd rnd:
Ch 1. Work 2sc in each stitch around. Join with a sl st in the 1st sc. 12sts.
3rd rnd:
Ch 1. Work 2sc in the first st. Work 1sc in the next st. Rep 2sc, 1sc around. Join with a sl st in the 1st sc. 18sts.
4th rnd:
Ch 1. Work 2sc in the first st. Work 1sc each next 2 sts. Rep 2sc, 1sc, 1sc around. Join with a sl st in the 1st sc. 24sts.
5th rnd:
Ch 1. Work 2sc in the first st. Work 1sc each next 3 sts. Rep 2sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc around. Join with a sl st in the 1st sc. 30sts.
6th rnd:
Ch 1. Work 2sc in the first st. Work 1sc each next 4 sts. Rep 2sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc around. Join with a sl st in the 1st sc. 36sts.
Bag Side
7th rnd:
Sl st into the 1st st.
Ch 3. 1 dc in each of next 2 sts. *Skip next st. 3 dc all in next st. Skip next st.
1 dc in each of next 3 sts.* Rep ** around.
Join with a slip stitch in the top ch of the starting ch3.
8th rnd:
Sl st into the next st.
*3 dc all in same st. Skip next st. 1 dc in each of next 3 sts. Skip next st.*
Rep ** around. Join with a slip stitch in the top ch of the starting 1 dc.
9th rnd:
Ch 3. 1 dc in each of next 2 sts. *Skip next st. 3 dc all in next st. Skip next st.
1 dc in each of next 3 sts.* Rep ** around.
Join with a slip stitch in the top ch of the starting ch3.
10th ～ 24th rnd:
Rep 8th and 9th rnd.
25th rnd:
Ch 1. Work 1sc each sts around. 36sts.
26th rnd:
Rep 25th rnd.
27th rnd:
Ch 1. *Work 1sc. Work 1sc, ch 3, sl st into the same st. Work 1sc.*
Rep ** around. Fasten off.
Bag cord
Ch 80. Fasten off.
